Incentive for members to help increase club membership

If you as a member are named as the reason why a new member has signed up for a full 2012-13 membership of $50.00 then you will receive a $10.00 card credit.   This will run from now until the 31^st March 2012.   The new member will gain a membership running from when he/she has signed up until the end of 31^st March 2013.

Members request to receive emails only

In keeping with modern day business practices of other companies and clubs the club is looking to give members the option to receive all club correspondence by email.    This will include subscription renewals, Annual and Special General Meeting notifications and correspondence relating to such meetings and all club election correspondence.    Simply email the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Membership Cards

We have now only 210 members left without photo ID on their membership cards.   We would prefer all members to have photo ID.   It gives the member the advantage of being identified easier as the card holder especially when entering other clubs with reciprocal visiting rights

Some benefits of being a member

Buses are still free for members to and from the club which helps the clubs’ bar sales.   We have increased the weekly card credits to one $200 and two $100 credits placed on them.   This is drawn weekly and stays on the cards for seven days.   You can find these card credits by purchasing anything from the bar or restaurant tills and having your membership card swiped.   If the credit is not claimed after seven days it is then removed.     The club runs membership draws every Wednesday and Friday, between 6.30pm and 8.00pm.
